The concept behind HAKAMIQ began taking shape in early 2024 after identifying a clear shortage of specialized Arabic resources that explain modern emulation technologies accurately and accessibly.

The goal was to create an Arabic reference that connects official technical documentation, development repositories, community findings, and real testing results, then transforms that information into organized and practical guides.
